Strict screening of raw materials

For the raw materials such as steel required for the production of various types of bearings, Jiangsu Dahua first conducts detailed factory inspections. Hardness testing: using advanced hardness testing equipment to accurately measure the hardness value of raw materials. For example, for thin-walled bearing series, appropriate hardness can ensure that there will be no excessive deformation when subjected to light to medium loads, ensuring the accuracy and stability of the bearings.

Through professional spectroscopic analyzers and other equipment, the chemical composition of raw materials is comprehensively tested. Strictly control the content of carbon, chromium, manganese and other elements to ensure that the raw materials meet the performance requirements of various types of bearings. Taking stainless steel outer spherical bearings as an example, accurate chemical composition can ensure their corrosion resistance and strength.

Quality control in precision machining process

Dimensional accuracy control: When machining high-precision thin-walled bearings, high-precision CNC machining equipment and precision measuring instruments are used. Measure the inner diameter, outer diameter, width and other dimensions of the bearing multiple times to ensure that the dimensional deviation is controlled within a very small range. For example, the dimensional accuracy of the 67/68/69/16000 series thin-walled bearings directly affects the installation accuracy and operational stability of the supporting equipment.

Geometric tolerance testing: Using coordinate measuring instruments and other equipment, strict testing is carried out on the roundness, cylindricity, flatness and other geometric tolerances of various bearings. For example, in the production of thin-walled bearings, good roundness and cylindricity can ensure the smoothness of the bearings during high-speed rotation, reducing vibration and noise.

Comprehensive testing of finished products

Inspect the appearance of each finished bearing to ensure that there are no defects such as cracks, scratches, rust, etc. on the surface. For stainless steel outer spherical bearings, special attention should be paid to checking the smoothness and anti-corrosion performance of the stainless steel surface.

Conduct static and dynamic load capacity tests on bearings. By simulating the load situation under actual working conditions, the bearing capacity and fatigue life of the bearing are tested. For example, according to different application scenarios, different load sizes and loading methods are set to ensure that the bearings can meet the customer’s usage requirements. For stainless steel outer spherical bearings, appropriate load-bearing capacity tests should also be conducted to ensure their reliability in specific working environments.
